Alex had heard about the invasion of little kids to the island, thanks to the radio broadcasts. She was really glad no one had shown up claiming to be her kids, she wasn't sure she could handle that.

Opening up the Magic Box, Alex set out some crayons and coloring books, should anyone stop by with their kids. She didn't want them to get bored.
