WotW, Monday [4/28]

Opening Wonders was more than a little fun for Lucas today. It wasn't so much like working as it was chasing Jamie as he played through all the holes on his own. Repeatedly. In the rain. And then refusing to let him ride in the souped up go karts because it was too wet out.

Jamie got all tired out around lunch, so after that, visitors and players would find them both basically sacked out in the ticket booth, hiding from the drizzle.

Faith felt vindicated. She'd been wearing her raincoat and galoshes all weekend just because she liked them. But now look, it was actually raining.

"Two please." Billy said, as Faith looked with interest at the course. "The kid likes playing mini-golf in the rain. Go figure."
