Johnny showed up right on time for his new position at Luke's. This had to be so much better than working at the Photo Hut, easy access to food and whatnot. Did he get an employee discount? He would have to ask Lacey next time he saw her.

For now he set up the specials menu and tacked a note on the bulletin board.

Johnny tacked up a note that read: No pie for squirrels!

Lacey told him the squirrels couldn't have pie. Hopefully he wouldn't ever have to deal with squirrels in the diner.
