Geoffrey smiled.

He had an idea for things today that should be fun. Of course, he wasn't really much of a traditionalist as far as it went with his actors, doing exercises and other such things... generally. But he thought this group could use some shaking up.

"All right, folks, we're going to try something a little different today. Read this and then get lined up on the stage. I'll step in and be a part as well if I have to, but let's see if we can do without me, hmm? Then we'll get to regular rehearsal."

Gladys was venturing into town. She wasn't too sure about it yet, but when she heard voices, she came into the building. "Hello."

"This is a play powered by emotion," he said to the assembled. "These people are driven, commit horrible acts and no matter how much they plot or plan, it's not their minds that are directing them.

Cal showed up quite late, looking a little harried and ruffled, but like he was trying to pass it off as nothing at all. "Whoa, hey," he said to no one in particular as he arrived and tried to look like he'd been there the whole time, then dispelled it by asking, "I miss anything?"
