Park Renovation, Thursday 6/12, all day

Anybody hitting the park today would find Xander out there bright and early -- unnaturally early, some might even suggest. Almost as early as someone who'd sneaked out of their own apartment before the alarm went off and showered at Atlas Gym might be. Though clearly that wasn't the explanation for why Xander was early. Even if his hair was still wet.

Said wet-haired Xander could be located near a pile of polyurethane-sealed wood and curvy wrought-iron benchposts this morning. "Today, we bench." This, thankfully, he knew how to do, unlike Tuesday's flail-inducing gardening.

A somewhat pouty Bridge- who had woken up alone, and not for the first time that week, and was thus less than pleased with that whole state of affairs- is here and working away on bench-constructing.

Anders was here and working away, although he was eyeing his right arm dubiously every so often. Okay, so he hadn't been favoring his left arm that much, but . . . was he getting a little lopsided?

Isabel closed the store briefly and wandered over to the park. She had a feeling Xander would be happy to see her.

Possibly a little nervous to see her, at first. He gave her a quick, questioning look, then glanced around to see that everybody else was deeply engaged in bench-building before turning back to her and spinning the dial up to 'hopeful.' "Wow, am I glad to see you. I hope?"

Given the rise in temperature, Xander would have absolutely no objection to people working shirtless. Unlike his HUGE protests any other day of the week.
