The view from Fandom, Sunday evening into night

Blackness rolled in early as a great storm raged over Bali Hai. Clouds met the billowing smoke and ash, lightning and thunder crashing over the island, and it was all clearly visible from Fandom.




[Up early 'cause I'm heading to work early. The Island will move tonight, leaving the volcano behind, and is that not an incredible picture?]

Heh, that picture is my current desktop on my laptop.

It's a volcano in Chili last month. The eruption triggered a lightning storm.
