Naomi arrived to work on time for her shift. Once everything was set up properly and she had opened the store she settled down and while she waited for anyone who might need her help she started to read some of the data PADDs that Icheb had given her when she had seen him last.

Stark Industries is open.

It was Wednesday, and Jack had said he would visit, so... Wednesday Jack it is.

"Hi!" He had a paper sack with two burgers inside. Might be better than a Burtonwich.

Naomi looked up from her reading and placed the PADD down, "hi Jack," she smiled.

"Hey! How's it going? Brought some food," he said, holding up the bag like a hunter or something.

"It's been going pretty good, thanks," she replied, "how have you been?"

"Not bad, what with classes just starting. You like yours so far?" he asked, opening the bag and handing her a burger.

"I've had two of my classes so far and they both look like they'll be great," Naomi said as she accepted the burger, "what about your classes?"

"I dunno," he admitted. "I'm worried about that play thing, too. I mean...I'm no actor, but..." He quirked an eyebrow.

"Is this your first time doing a play?" Naomi asked.

"Yep. First time, so I'm just figuring it out, right?" he stated. "Is this yours?"

Naomi nodded, "it's my first time playing a main role," she said, "the closest I've done to theatre is doing tech work for the musical that was put on last year,"

"Oh, really? You'll have to tell me about that," he said. "What kind of musical?"

"It was a musical called The Dream Oath," Naomi replied.

"Doesn't sound familiar," Jack said. Not that he knew a lot of musicals. "So how'd it go?"

"It went pretty well," Naomi said.

"That's great!" he exclaimed. "Dashing heroes, damsels in distress, all that sort of thing?" he asked, thinking of the movies.

Naomi nodded, "it went along those lines,"

"Sounds like fun," he said, smiling. "Well, I should probably let you get back to working, right?"

Naomi smiled, "yeah, I guess I should return to work, thanks for visiting me Jack,"

"No problem," he said with a grin. "Maybe I'll see you back here next week."
