Toby wasn't in the best of moods today. He and Kevin had been broken up for like, forever and he was starting to get worried that it was never going to work out and his little heart was going to just stay broken.

Okay, so he thought about it for maybe a minute before he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and realized he was having a fantastic hair day and totally was going to get laid after work.

Or maybe during work, depending on who stopped in.

Wolverine ran into the store and checked any areas where a wiley kangaroo might hide.

Toby blinked at the small child thing running around. He hoped it didn't get anything on the clothes. Tink would require him to burn them. "Um, can I help you find your mommy?"

"No. You can help me find a kangaroo if it came in here, though," Wolverine said.

"Kangaroo? Is that like, your dolly or something?" Toby wasn't sure about this whole kid thing. "Or are we playing pretend?"

"No. A kanagaroo. Big animal. Has a pouch. Goes boing," Wolverine explained.

Oh, totally pretend. "Oh! I so saw him go back toward the dressing rooms!" Toby said, playing along. "Maybe he wants you to take off the Halloween costume and like, dress in something all cute and preppy!"

"It's not a Halloween costume!" Wolverine yelled, running to the dressing rooms. "It's a superhero costume!"

"Oh! Sore-y," Toby said, not having previously realized there was a difference. "How come you're chasing the kangaroo?"

It didn't smell at all like kangaroo back here. Not at all!

Wolverine walked out of the dressing room area. "Because I'm gonna ride in its pouch. And you didn't see a kangaroo go back there, did you?"

Riding in its pouch sounded kinda dirty to Toby and he would've wondered about this kid but he was busy answering his questions.

"Not like with my eyes, but your invisible kangaroo friend could totally be back there."

"There's no such thing as invisible kangaroos," Wolverine said. "I'm leaving. You've wasted enough of my kangaroo tracking time."

"You're a weird little kid," Toby remarked, squinting at him in concern.

"I'm not the one who thinks kangaroos are invisible," Wolverine yelled, running back out the door.
