Geoffrey was looking for something specific. He was looking for an 1. actor who'd 2. either know his play or be able to memorize it within an afternoon who 3. was willing to actually take the role of Bassianus for the evening's show.

The problem being that actors generally didn't advertise such facts with a sign over their head.

[ooc: as the production's Bassianus is currently a hyena, Geoffrey needs a replacement; anyone interested, feel free to tag him, student/teacher/townie are all welcome! And no worries: there is a contingency plan if he can't 'find' anyone]

Romeo was not an actor, or so he would tell you.

However, he was at loose in the streets of town, and he was murmuring in a vaguely Elizabethan cadence to a white rabbit riding on his shoulder. This might make him look eccentric enough to pass for one.

He nodded a vague greeting to Geoff, intending to continue along his path.
