Cafe Fina, Sunday 8/24

Cafe Fina had been incredibly busy on Saturday; not because of customers, but because there had been an awful lot of cleaning up to do. One of the giant-sized bottles of cooking oil had exploded, making a huge mess throughout the entire kitchen and half of the dining room.

The place was mostly clean now, with Mokona still skating around on scrub-brush skates and singing a nonsense song about cleaning.

Fai was sitting at one of the tables with an untouched cup of tea, nearly asleep. It had been a long, long day and night of oil-slick.

Momoko was finished moving all of her stuff back into her room and was now in serious need of some sweets to replenish her energy. Fried Candy bars sounded really interesting and she bounced into the cafe happily. She sat down to eat and squeal at the cuteness that was Mokona, but the sight of the man at the other table worried her. She bounced over to him.

"Excuse me? Are you okay? I mean, sorry to interrupt if you are, but it's kinda hard to enjoy food when someone in the room is maybe not okay, so I thought I should check. But if I'm bothering you I can go back over there. Would you like to share my candybar maybe?" She held out her plate. "Sweets always make me feel better, and if you like you can... have half? I don't even have to sit with you if you don't want."
