Lulu was dressed in a hoodie.

She actually looked rather nice in the hoodie, she thought, as much as anyone could; still, the clothing raided from Jean-Paul's clean laundry would only do for so long. She needed something better. Something fabulous. She rather thought Tink could help.

"Oh, good," Lulu said, as she saw the sign. "I'll be taking advantage of that sale, I think."

Yes! Yes, he certainly should, because seriously, what was that he was wearing? A hoodie? The 90s called and they didn't want the hoodie, either. Come in! Come in!

"I raided my roommate's laundry," Lulu explained, ~~totally modding his possession of a hoodie~~. "It was either this," she added, with a grin, "or one of my dresses. Which would look even worse."

That depended on the dress. Tink knew some drag queens who would do amazing things in little slinky black numbers. So! What exactly did he want for the day? Or she, since she was clearly a she. She could be a she, then. That was fine with Tink. Tink didn't judge about those things. But she did tape rather frequently. Blackmail and all of that.

Jeans? Shirts? Suits? Something dressy? One should always be chic, even when one was not equipped with one's normal accoutrements.

"Casual, I think," Lulu said, "but stylish. A nice pair of jeans, perhaps, and a good black sweater?"

Indeed, casual could still very much be chic. Black sweaters! Let Tink look around a little. Aha! Lulu was quite immediately drawn to the dragon-on-the-sleeve. "Why do you even have the one in blue?" she asked, running a hand down one sleeve to test the material. It was almost a caress; she was definitely getting this one.

Sean was a masochist. Why else would he be asking Tink for help? He knew how she was!

"A sale? Bless your little alcohol-swilling heart."

Yes, yes, yes! Her heart was black and shriveled, but it beat only for fashion. And for people not wearing badly-fitting rumpled-up clothes that were for the wrong gender entirely. Except for when that was very, very hot. Some girls could get away with it. Tink didn't judge. Not about that, anyway.

Of course, she wasn't going to let people return things tomorrow. This was a business. But the blackmail footage was the real fun today.

Come in! Come in! She looked very chic. Was she usually a he? It seemed to be that sort of day.

Yes! Hooray! Right this way. Work, hmm? Sporting goods was not the same as office wear, so maybe a pantsuit? Or a nice blouse, paired with khakis? Tink had the feeling that the boys-who-weren't-boys today probably wanted to avoid the messy issue of skirts. Unless they were drag queens. Did he know that one drag queen moved? Such a shame, that man had fabulous nails.

Yes! So! And casual could just be jeans. Jeans were perfect that way. And maybe a nice top. Colors? Thoughts on styles?

"Let's go with... blue. Or maybe green." He frowned thoughtfully. "What do you think?"

Tink was very in favor of green, herself, because she looked so very chic in it. Or red. If Tink didn't wear green all the time, it would be red. She was blonde, and she looked amazing in red. So: green. Unless his eyes were blue. Her eyes? Whichever. Whatever being he was today: eye color mattered, but green was far more chic.

His eyes were kind of a blue-green, not that it necessarily helped matters any. "I don't really have any preference on style, so... have at it."

He might regret that.

Sean was quite happy to scurry off and try on the clothes. Apparently turning into a girl for the day had made him like shopping.

Tyler wasn't sure exactly why he ended up going shopping with Tony. It just ... seemed like a good idea at the time.

To show he wasn't gay. Right.

He walked into the store like he thought the overpriced merchandise might attack, and asked, "Okay, what did you need?"

"Probably a bra," Tony said, looking over the merchandise with a critical eye. "Only one outfit, if you're right."

"I'd get two," Tyler said, picking up a scarf and swinging it aimlessly from one hand. "That way if I'm wrong, you have something clean for tomorrow. And if I'm right, it's for your next overnight guest."

He made a face. "I just advocated shopping."

Tony patted him on the back, wandering on into the women's section. "I won't hold it against you. You are gay for the day."

Tyler leaned into the pat, more amused than irritated. "I'm escorting a lady for the day," he pointed out. "You're the one shopping for a bra, Tony."

"Would I rather I walk around without support?" Tony asked, giving him a sad look.

"Nah. You do that, the girls'll be by your knees in a few years," Tyler advised. He grabbed a bra off the shelf, flipped it over to look at the price. "Women pay $50 for that much lace?"

That's what plastic surgery was for. Not that Tony thought that. Really. "I'm a billionaire, Tyler. I don't look at the price."

Although that was pretty lacey.

"How about we avoid the overly lacey ones, mmkay?"

"You don't want to give me any kind of a thrill, do you?" Tyler joked. "Okay, Ms. Billionaire, here's one. Plain silk. No lace or bows or anything else girly."

Looking it over speculatively, Tony grabbed the bra. "I hope you don't think being gay means you get to help me try it on."

"The fact you're a guy should mean I get to help you. If I wanted to. Which I don't."

That wasn't sulking. He got much poutier when he sulked.

"I've taken enough off over the years," Tony said, looking around for a changing room.

She glanced back at Tyler, back towards the elusive dressing room and then back at Tyler again. "Are you pouting?"

"No," Tyler said. "I was ... thinking about something."

He wasn't pouting for a reason, unless losing the chance to see breasts was a reason.

He shook it off and reached onto a rack for a fairly basic shirt and skirt. "Here, grab some clothes to try on at the same time."

Tony rolled her eyes and took the clothing. "You're not doing a very good job at being gay."

"Yeah, I think that's easier when you don't like girls," Tyler apologized. "But I can manage to stay out here and not taint the dressing room with my heterosexuality."

Tony looked at him for a moment, mouth open as if to say something in reply, but just kinda frozen there before closing his mouth and turning to get changed.

"I'd need to be bought dinner before getting undressed."

"Nice dinner or Pizza Planet?" Tyler asked.

Just for the sake of information, of course.

Tony stopped and looked back, chin lifted in the air. "Do I look like a cheap date?"

"Not remotely," Tyler admitted. "Go change, Tony."

Which was why HE normally did the wining and dining. ...he blamed the estrogen for even thinking about this.

Waving slightly, Tony disappeared to try on the outfit. It wasn't actually that bad on him. Stepping out of the dressing room, He kept both of his hands up high on the doorway. "Decent enough for the public?"

"You'll do," Tyler said dryly, meaning wow, I should not be having those thoughts about my friend. "How's it feel?"

"I think I preferred it without the bra," Tony admitted.

"I thought you didn't want to look like a cheap date."

Tony shifted to dig at the strap around his side. "It digs into my back." There was a pause before he added. "And that would imply you taking me on a date, wouldn't it?"

"You probably fastened it too tightly," Tyler answered without thinking, going around behind him to check. "Try letting it out one."

He couldn't see Tony's face, so he added, "I suppose it would, wouldn't it?"

Lifting the back of his shirt to help, Tony glanced back once before looking forward. "I can't say I've had good pizza in a while."

"I think I can fix that," Tyler said, carefully unfastening and redoing the bra. "Or, well, adequate pizza and good beer."

"That," Tony said, dropping his hold on the shirt and turning to grin. "Sounds like a plan."
