Nathan supposed he could find someone to spar with if he really tried. Beating the crap out of someone had seemed like an utterly satisfying idea all of a sudden-- especially if they posed a challenge. Unfortunately, he was also aware that would probably be unethical, considering.

Maybe he should call Kurogane. The man seemed like he might be up for a fight. Then again... Sigh.

To make a long story short, this line of reasoning led to a very large half-metal man beating up on a lot of comparatively fragile heavy bags for most of the afternoon.
