Day by day we lose our civility when night by night we play with hostility . . .
Oil pastels had made smoking a royal pain in the ass yesterday (also, tasted kind of gross), so Katchoo was back to pencils and loud Griffin Silver music today -- the latter coming through the open window so she could hear it from her smoking spot on the porch.
Seeding our hearts with constant desire, burning the proof in heavenly fire . . .
Pencils were familiar and comfortable, and also getting used up really fast. Almost as fast as the cigarettes, even. Having two expensive habits was kind of a bitch, but it wasn't stopping her.
