Android's Dungeon, Wednesday, 11/12

Sarah had a very nice laptop, with a few extra CIA bells and whistles. It had the most recent code-breaking software, was linked to 15 databases of top-secret information, and wiped the hard drive if you held down keys in the right combination for just long enough.

Of course, all she was doing with it today was looking up different action figures and comics from the store's Collectibles section on eBay to get a sense what a fair price for them would be.

The Android's Dungeon was open, and the manager was proudly wasting your tax dollars.

Momoko grabbed her wallet and her lists and headed to the Android's Dungeon. She hoped that the owner remembered her from the market, but at the least she could see what was on the shelf in this world. She was smiling as she opened the door and took a look around. "Hello? Ooh! I like this place - the layout's very nice!"

"Daishinryu? You found it?! Oh my gosh!" She rushed to the counter and tried to see the laptop screen. "Really? How much is it? What's the condition? Does the seller have good feedback? Why didn't it come up on my notifications?"

Momoko looked at the auction and sighed with fannish glee. "Ah. He does have a good one. But no, yours is actually better. Plus," she pointed to one of the images, "he states that the stickers are unapplied, but you can see here the sticker package is open. He's pretty bold with that high of a buy-it-now."

Momoko nodded and straightened. "It's actually pretty easy, as long as you keep current with both pop trends and rares, keep an eye out for the usual creeps and crooks, and don't forget that even fans have to eat." She rocked back on her heels and scratched her chin. "Especially since we have a tendency to forget that ourselves when it comes to buying."
