Coyote Medicine, Tuesday

No one had brought him any turkeys, yet. Coyote wondered if they were waiting for the end of the week. But that wasn't any good because he didn't work at the end of the week. Besides, he was hungry now.

Which would be why he had laid a cunning turkey trap in the center of the store. It included a pile of stuffing on a plate under a box propped up on a stick. What? Stuffing was always found in turkeys when they were cooked. So obviously the turkey must like eating it.

Oh yes, Coyote was truly an awesome hunter.

Arya had seen the hiring sign in the window and realized it was probably time she found herself a job. She was trying to fit in here, what better way to do that than work?

Coyote peered at her from behind the counter, where he was hiding so as not to tip off the turkeys about his trap.

Arya had seen the trap and avoided it, wondering what it was for. Spotting Coyote behind the counter, she made her way over, making sure to be quiet -- not that she could really be loud, her feet never made a sound.

"I saw your sign in the window, I was wondering if there was a position still open?" Arya voiced quietly.

Coyote, realizing there were no turkeys about to be trapped, yet, straightened up. "Yes it is. Are you a medicine woman?"

"Not exactly," Arya answered, offering him a small smile. "But I do know a few healing spells," she added.
