This was always Daisy's least favourite part, because most of her interviews included people who were, more or less, expecting her, and had some ridiculously contrived escape plan or aversion methods.

"Indulge us, Mister Stark," Daisy said, "for our records. What exactly was your involvement in the matter?"

And just saying that made Daisy's heart sort of swell up a bit with the kind of pride that made all that ridiculous paperwork worth it for just this one moment.

"It's Detective Constable Day," she reminded Stark, not moving an inch with steely determination. "And, no, thank you, I'm fine."
On television, thought Daisy, they say just give me the facts. She wished she could say it, but she didn't.
"I just need your side of the story, Mister Stark, and your cooperation with the investigation, and then we can both get on with our work."
