Inspired by his conversation with Mac the other day, Cal was spending some time in the kitchen today, trying to come up with something both Greek and vegan. It wasn't working out very well, considering how everything wound up with cheese on it, even when he was trying not to. Granted, he could have probably tried harder (there had to be things, he knew, but if it didn't have cheese, he wasn't interested enough to pursue it), but he finally gave up and decided that vegetarian could be easy, sure, but cheese was far too awesome to even think of vegan.

He bet there was even something in the oil that made it so that the fried vegetable stuff didn't fit, either, but no one needed to know that.

He thought maybe the baklava had a chance, because he wasn't sure if honey counted, but, after some very deep consideration, he figured that, yup, bee vomit was still animal by-product. Alas.

At least he had shoe-candy to munch on.
