Katchoo stickily slouched into the store clutching a wet towel she'd dunked in the duck pond on her way over and, muttering a string of invective, attempted to clean herself off. Considering that the towel was not only wet but really frikkin' cold, it was a very . . . verbal, and somewhat ineffective, experience.

She was starting to suspect this hygiene crap was severely overrated.
