It took until well into the afternoon, but Sarah finally remembered she'd promised to cover for Teddy today and, with Christmas so close, she didn't want to leave the store closed and lose any chance of sales. She sheepishly opened the shop and took her place behind the counter, idly playing with the fistful of gold coins that she'd caught on her way over.
