Despite the cold, work at the keeper's house was proceeding nicely. The major repairs had been completed, and the dry wall was up. The windows and doors were fixed, so once the central heating and cooling were installed Tully could get rid of the space heaters.
Right now it was at the most boring part really. Mudding and sanding.
He'd gotten a few books on cd, and listened to them as he worked.
The Help Wanted sign still hung at the end of the drive, but with the holidays here he wasn't really expecting anyone to take him up on it.
He expected that he'd be ready to start on the Lighhouse itself by the spring.
[Open as can be, but my computer's being weird today so SP is the order of the day.]
