Geoffrey wasn't sure anyone would actually brave this weather to get to the casting, but it was the last day. At least it wasn't as bad as yesterday, though. He hadn't even thought of trying yesterday...

Cal had almost entirely forgotten about auditioning over the past few days. Which he actually would have been fine with. He gave a slight glance upward into the snow, toward the unseen realms of where ever those serendipitous Fates and Muses that governed his life, when he passed the theater on his winter adventure and sighed. "Yeah, yeah," he told them. "I get it. You guys think you're so clever..."

So he pushed open the door, knocked some snow off his boots, and came in.

"Look at how dedicated I am," he announced to Tennant. "I came to audition even in a blizzard."

That he was already out in. And didn't have anything better to do. So dedicated.

"I shall mark it on my calendar and declare a national holiday," he said from his seat before rolling one shoulder than the other.

"Got a monologue?"

Cal shrugged a little. "I didn't really prepare anything," he admitted. Maybe one of these times... "I think I'm up to tackling almost anything you want to throw at me this time."

Early in the evening, a very wet and snowy white wolf entered the theater. Issun had been complaining about being frozen for the past hour and she decided they should at least go inside for a bit, and this place seemed to be open.

Ammy did a good shake first to dry off, then just to annoy Issun, who was forced to cling on for dear life as she did it. She padded up to Geoffrey and seemed to give a grin. Though... it's likely she was just milking it to get petted. Little did she know that wet dog is just about the grossest thing to pet in the world and it was unlikely that he'd want to.

Geoffrey was a little surprised at the dog, but...

"Here to audition?" he asked, "or just in from the cold?"

Issun perked slightly, and Ammy did also. She pawed at Geoffrey's shoe, hoping that would communicate her interest.

The little sprite began his steady bounce, "Acting huh? Will there be babes to kiss?"

"Probably not in this one, though what you get up to in the backstage isn't my business."

Issun fell into his vivid imagination for this one. "Awesome..."

Ammy however thought that this would be a lot of fun. She'd never ACTED before, but she had done a dance or two in her day...

At some point, Liir delivered soup for his father and Geoffrey and thus took his place as 'catering', not that the theatre really needed it.

Harper was there. She'd borrowed a copy of the script and started reading through the play, thinking of what kind of clothing these people would be wearing.

Tony overslept this morning (since his alarm didn't go off) and didn't have any coffee (since he didn't know how to make it over an open fire.) He was sleepy and cranky and bundled up against the cold, but he was there.

A cup of it was sat next to him as soon as he'd settled in.

"Well, you look like shit on a stick," Geoffrey observed thoughtfully.

The coffee was black but there were two (only mildly stolen) packets of sugar next to it.

Geoffrey, well used to having his power turned off, did know. Though it'd been more of a gas stove than an open fire.

"No coffee this morning," Tony explained. He picked up the cup gratefully. "Ah, thank you! How're you surviving without power?"

"I work in community theatre. It's not all that uncommon."

He sat down next to Tony with a quick, only slightly manic, grin.

"Besides, taste better when you make it yourself."

It really really did.

Haha is there any role that it would be hilarious to see a wolf in? I HAVE read the play but I only want to ask if you had something funny in mind heh..

I think that a wolf would be awesome no matter what place he had. Geoffrey will be doing a lot of -blind casting so wolves are right in there.

We had a golem, man. This works too.

haha well I've been inactive for like.. a month and I'd love to get some activity in! I'll pop them in here after they've played in the snow (so late afternoon/early evening IN GAME, cuz in actual fact, I plan to post soon XD) is that okay?
