The York Gallery; Monday [ 03/02 ].

With everyone back on the island, Charlotte decided that it was time to get back to work on attempting to settle on a new exhibit. She really felt like she should have done it for this week, but there simply wasn't enough time to pull a Wednesday opening out of her butt. Well, there could be enough time if she absolutely had to, but, since she didn't (ah, the blessings of owning your own gallery!), she wasn't going to.

She was, however, obsessively working on all the details and spreadsheets on her computer at the main desk to try to plan things to their most optimum success. She had a week and change, so there was no excuse to not achieve perfection.

[[ the gallery may be closed but the post is definitely open! ]]

Sometime during the lunchtime hour, a certain law enforcement office showed up knocking on the door, carrying what appears to be an assortment of food and drinks from J'GOB.

"I don't suppose you have time for a little lunch?" he asked cheerfully.

"Well I thought you might enjoy a little break," Dale said kissing her back before beginning to unload his bag of goodies. "And since we had a such a quiet week I'm more than ahead of my paperwork and other duties so I thought I'd give you a little break as well."

"I get to help choose?" Dale grinned. "I thought you prefer to keep me in the dark on these things. Have you narrowed it down to a select few?"

"Well, I certainly don't have an artistic mind," Dale repleid thoughfully. "But I appreciate you asking my opinion. Have you maybe considered an artist who is more tuned into pop culture?"

"Then perhaps something more classical?" Dale said thoughtfully. "An impressionist exhibit?"
