After a long week of debating with herself and deciding, Charlotte York finally set down the phone at the main desk in the gallery, sealing the deal on the next exhibit to be coming in. She usually did this well before a Sunday, and had arranged that the best time for the pieces to show up would be Wednesday, which left her pouring over her little planner, scribbling out a plan for when exactly to open it. Something that gave enough time to advertise and wouldn't interfere with anything else going on on the island and might hopefully bring people in...

...of course, the task of organizing was actually fairly simple, especially for Charlotte, who had been doing it for so long, but she was so good at making it more complicated and involving that it really was that she just couldn't help herself.

And, to be fair, passing off treats and pausing to dole out adorations to Elizabeth Taylor kept distracting her, too.
