Brooke had finished her last final today, and decided to go to Caritas to celebrate. However, when she came in and found that it was just her, Tino, and the zombie band, she said, "Oh look, a reason to get near all the alcohol," and ended up behind the bar.

Where she proceeded to do a couple celebratory shots with Tino. As one did.

Caritas was totally totally open. And possibly slightly tipsy.

Not that Brooke still didn't look at the zombies funny. If anyone's arm fell off, it was staying the hell off. Screw getting close enough to duct tape them back together.

Brooke was in a good mood. Blame the shots.

Fine, don't hang out with the happy girl.

Brooke had never been back here, but thought it sounded dirty.

Up early as I am bored, and I am going to break the damn Bejeweled game on Facebook if I don't get above 18,000 again soon.

Mina settled at the bar after her long shift at the clinic.

"A gin and tonic, please," she asked.

"That doesn't sound very exciting," said Brooke, nonetheless going to get the drink together.

"I find the more colorful drinks are... childish," Mina remarked.

"But they taste so good," she pointed out, handing over the drink.

"And I think the same of my gin and tonic," Mina said. "And I don't feel a fool ordering it, unlike if I requested a... sex on the beach or any such other colorfully named beverage."

"It's all in the delivery," Brooke told her. "Cute guy at the bar, put on your best confident face and there's absolutely no worry about needing to ask for a Screaming Orgasm." Then again, she'd ordered a lot of dirty-named drinks in Mexico, just because.

Mina placed a hand over her heart. "Such a thing would be completely improper," she said.

"Which is the fun."

"Being improper to strangers?" Mina said. Honestly, young people. Mina was glad that young people got over their youth in time.

"It's not like you're going to see them again. No big deal," she said.

"But one's reputation would end up rather sullied," Mina said. "Especially now in an age of... cell phone cameras."

Brooke couldn't help but smile. "Sexting would really knok your socks off, huh?"

Mina was unsure whether she wanted to know. But her curiosity got the better of her.

"I dare say I shall regret asking, but what is it to which you refer?"

"Texting people dirty messages and pictures," said Brooke. Of course she'd done it.

Mina was rather intrigued at the concept. She, however, showed none of that and merely tutted. "Young people," she said, shaking her head.

"Don't worry, I'm safely off your lawn," said Brooke, going to fix herself another drink. With a dirty name, of course.

"Brooke!" Toby was glad to see a familiar face behind the bar. "Classes are over forever, I need alcohol!" More celebratory than sad, but his eyes were still red-rimmed.

Mina nodded, a little smile creeping onto her face. "I suppose that is some comfort. Metaphorically, at least."

"Toby!" she greeted him. "I can give alcohol, what kind do you want?"

"Start with a shot of the closest bottle and we'll go from there," he told her, perching on a stool. "Oh, and lots of those cheery things."
