Adam opened up the store somewhat early, having handwavily stopped at the Perk on the way. He'd been craving a pastry, so sue him.
Adam set to the stacks, re-arranging the display of titles and making sure the newest issues were in the front. Having done that, he settled in behind the counter. His thoughts wandered to Kim and the others back home; he wondered how they were doing.
