The Gig, Tuesday [5/12]
It was about time that she got some work done. After feeding and grooming the horses, she turned them out into the paddock. In the meantime, she was going to sort through the office and try to get things in order. It was going to keep her busy for a while.
The Gig was open!
[The OCD left for an early lunch.]

"The black one over here is Bold. He and became friends right away," said Dani, reaching to pet Bold. "The red one is Smudge, the white one is Duke, and the pale one is Kally."

"Thank you so much. What time should I be here? Is 4 a.m. too late? I could try to get up earlier..."

"Hi there," she said gently, idly wondering if it would talk back. This place was strange enough. Why not add talking horses to the mix?

No, it wasn't the horse talking. It was actually Dani speaking up from the other side of the paddock.

She looked over at Dani and smiled. "I just thought I'd stop by to say hi to them. I think horses are beautiful animals."

"They are beautiful animals, and smart, too," she said.

She was being very gentle with Kally still.
