J'GOB: Thursday Evening
There would be Dale.
And in front of him a freshly baked cherry pie. All for him.
True, it's not healthy for a man to eat so much pie but that wasn't going to stop him. Oh, no.
As Dale cut a slice of pie out of the dish, music swelled up around him. And because it's THAT day in Fandom it led to him dancing and singing around the table.
Oooooooooooooooh!
Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch
You know that I love you
I can't help myself
I love you and nobody else
In and out my life(in and out my life)
You come and you go(you come and you go)
Leaving just your picture behind....(ooh)
And I've kissed it a thousand times(ooh)
When you snap your finger, or wink you eye,
I come a-running to you
I'm tied to your apron strings,
And there's nothing that I can do
I can't help myself,
No, I can't help myself,
'Cause, Sugar Pie Honey Bunch
I'm weaker than a man should be
I can't help myself
I'm a fool in love 'ya see
Wanna tell you I don't love you,
Tell you that we're through
And I try....
But ev'ry time I see your face,
I get all choked up inside
When I call your name,
Oooooh, it starts to flame
Burning in my heart,
Tearing it all apart..
No matter how I try
My love I cannot hide....
'Cause Sugar Pie Honey Bunch
You know that I'm waiting for you(waiting for you)
I can't help myself
I love you and nobody else
Sugar Pie Honey Bunch
I'd do anything you ask me to(ask me to)
I can't help myself
I want you and nobody else
Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch
You know that I love you(I dooo)
I can't help myself...
No... I can't help myself
Now... normally the staff at J'GOB might find singing and dancing for pastry a bit odd.
But Dale had been coming in for a while now, so really it wasn't a surprise.

"She's my cherry pie,
Cool drink of water, such a sweet surprise.
Tastes so good, make a grown man cry,
Sweet cherry pie, oh yeah."
"Good night everybody!" Yakko said, blowing a kiss.
no subject
"STOP!"
...
in the naaaaaaaame of looooooove!
Before you breeeeeeak my heart!

No more time for fun, mmmm-mm-mm
When we're gettin' angry, mmmm-mm-mm
We will yell with all of our might
"Catch me if you can!" And with that, Yakko darted off towards the door.

He slumped in his chair, a woeful expression on his face.
So bye-bye, miss american pie.
Drove my chevy to the levee,
But the levee was dry.
And them good old boys were drinkin' whiskey and rye
Singin', this'll be the day that I die.
This'll be the day that I die.
