luke's diner | saturday | july 25

When Ned arrived to work today, it was carrying five Pop Tarts after being hit with them on the way over. The staff in Luke's were buzzing about the Pop Tarts and one of them was even nursing a Pop Tart related injury. Seems he turned his face up to the sky right as one came down and smacked in him the eye. Pop Tarts: great for breakfast but deadly for the eye!

Yakko ran into the diner and suddenly stopped.

"It's that time again!" After a brief pause, he continued, as if addressing someone who wasn't there. "No, it's time to learn the day's lesson! And to find out what it is, we turn to... The Wheel of Morality!" Yakko motioned towards the door, where a large wheel with 'The Wheel of Morality' written on it in huge letters drifted in.

"Wheel of Morality, turn, turn, turn," Yakko recited as he spun the wheel. "Tell us the lesson that we should learn." As the spinning wheel slowed down and landed on the number 7, a sheet of paper was printed from a slot on the side. Yakko went to his next line as he grabbed the sheet of paper. "Moral Number Seven. And the moral of today's story is... There's more than one way to skin a cat, but the cat would prefer it if you didn't use any of them."

Yakko shrugged, darted out of the diner, and the wheel disappeared out the door a moment later.

This was not a fake ping that would be deleted in a moment. This comment was the real thing. Scary, ain't it?
