Turtle & Canary -- Thursday
Maron was getting pretty tired of… being tired. Even if she didn't feel like it. First, she was late to work because her alarm hadn't woken her and now, just in case, Maron was drinking coffee in an attempt to stave off unsettling dreams.
Turtle the turtle was a bit of a relief, all things considered, if only because she was something utterly charmingly ridiculous in the whole thing. She watched Turtle make her way around the counter as she sipped her coffee.
Work was… well, Maron wasn't sure how it was going, as she drifted off to sleep not long after getting there. She'd be horribly dismayed in two hours.
Today's Squishy Flavors: Sweet Dreams, Nightmares, Dreamless Sleep
