Valentine wasn't sure if Gunther's bad mood was from her not being at work due to being a cat, her schrekliche grammar as she explained that she had been a cat, or simply just that he had a stick shoved way too far up seine Arsch.
She was going to bank on the last one. Whatever the reason, it left Gunther to stomp around the kitchen and Valentine could just work on her laptop at the front desk. She had spent an awfully long time away from it as a cat, and was getting fiddling itches in her finger tips just to be touching it.
