Jack was puttering around the Photo Hut, trying to see if he could make a zoom lens to see Mars; so far he'd rigged a handful of telextenders together, and was trying to get the whole thing, a foot of lenses and the camera body, to mount to the tripod without immediately pointing at the ground from the sheer weight of the lenses.
