Dite's Decadent Delights, Sunday afternoon
The flowers were gone, except for the two vases Aphrodite had purchased on Thursday from Dinah. They still appeared fresh and beautiful, and their fragance, flowery with a hint of chocolate, had spread through the store.
Hercules was out and about. His fascination with the fishbowl remained, though he had broadened his horizons. So far this afternoon Aphrodite had had to repair a leather coat the kitten had climbed up, rescued several boxes he'd nudged from a shelf, and then rescued the frightened cat when he accidentally turned on a vibrator, which began edging toward him as it vibrated on the shelf. Hercules had jumped backwards and found himself hanging from the shelf edge by a claw.
But now he was tired, and curled up on one of the chairs, watching the circling fish from a distance. Aphrodite could only imagine what he was planning.
"I should have named you Iolaus."
The goddess was currently enjoying the cat's nap by following up on her research. Jung. But she found she wasn't liking him any better than Freud. "Morpheus, this is all your fault."
Dite's Decadent Delights is open.
(ooc: Open store, open post, like an open book.)
