Town Hall, Monday

As far as Mondays at Town Hall went, today was actually peaceful.

Cable was going to choose to take that as a good thing, put himself to work, and maybe get some paperwork done before Jan chewed it all apart.

He was almost marginally succesful. At least the bitemarks weren't sizable, and only one sock got thrown.

There was a child at her workplace. After Wade's assurances that she wouldn't be offered one again, Robin was wary. She gave Jan (and Cable) a little wave of deference, and a very wide berth, as a result.
