Cabot and Associates - Tuesday, 9/15

Fiona was in a good mood, but she was also considering something that she didn't particularly want to consider.

The clinic.

Professor Atreides had asked her to check in with the clinic since her system was considerably less than normal and she'd promised that she would. But she had no interest in seeing the cots lined up as they had been during the terrible dream-coma incident and the idea of actually being the patient...

Someone was a little more perturbed by her experiences than she liked to admit.

That said, she'd promised, so she had to go, but she was wondering if she should ask someone to go with her and if so, who.
The Law Offices of Cabot and Associates
LEGAL SERVICES • LEGAL AID
The office was open.

Triela did not require legal services or legal aid. What she required was students eligible to vote for Student Council. Who could somehow be convinced to vote for her.

Yeah. That second part was the hard one.

"Yes," Triela declared. "You can vote for me for Student Council!"

Apparently today was not the day for preambles.

Fortunately other people had asked her that question, so Triela actually had what she thought was a decent answer. "I'm quite level-headed, and I have a background in security. It would be useful to plan our school events with that in mind considering how often the island gets attacked."

"Awesome," Triela grinned.

"And with that out of the way: what's up?"

"Realizing just how bad I am at campaigning, looking forward to blowing off some steam at gun club tomorrow."

"I... actually have no idea," Triela admitted with a laugh.

"Yes, but I wasn't able to man our booth at the club fair." Last minute calls to return to Rome could be inconvenient. "So I didn't get an official roster. A pretty good number of people show up, though."

She flashed a grin. "And just because you didn't sign up shouldn't stop you from coming too sometime."

"And I suppose there's no chance that you could keep him from finding out, huh?" Triela knew all about the difficulty of keeping secrets from some people.

"I think I know someone like that," Triela nodded thoughtfully. "And for some reason he wouldn't approve of you using guns, I guess?"

"That seems silly," Triela complained. "Guns are obviously more efficient."

Triela shrugged. "I suppose there's not much you can do about it if he's set against it."

"Sure," Triela grinned. "No one's required to shoot if they don't want to or can't."

"I'll keep an eye out for you, then."
