The Boards - Rehearsal - Tuesday, 9/22

Geoffrey looked around the theatre for a few minutes before opening the door. The place was clean, as he'd spent the last couple of days cleaning it. There were a few seats set up for him and the actors to sit at, moddable drinks, and of course the muffins that were getting to be as much a part of rehearsal as the text.

Well, not quite that much, but he was reasonably sure a few people had come to try outs for them instead of the Shakespeare.

Nonetheless, there was rehearsal to do and a whole new set of actors to handle. He had his fingers crossed that it would be less hellish than the last production.

It comes with muffins, coffee, tea, etc. Also with SHUSH if you get too loud.

Joan helped herself to a muffin and a cup of tea. She was excited about this play and pleased that she had been cast as a fairy.

Firekeeper was here, nibbling on a muffin and looking quite pleased about the whole affair (even if she still wasn't entirely sure what a fairy was). Blind Seer was also present, due to Dinah and Emma's encouragement.

Hinata was unlikely to ever need to heed the SHUSH as she was pretty quiet.

Taking a tea, she forewent the muffins and settled down to consider how the play would come together.

He nibbled on a pickle.

Robin was trying to hide his disappointment that he'd not gotten the role he'd wanted. The chocolate chip muffins helped immensely. Still, the role he had gotten should be a lot of fun.

She was a little winded from running, but she did show up. Tuesdays. Tuesdays were going to be something of a madhouse, but everyone had asked and she should have some school activity that didn't revolve around beating things up.

So Fiona was around, if avoiding the food.

G'Kar took a cup of very strong coffee and, yes, a muffin. He was pleased to be back working at the theatre, and so many new people as well!

He would enjoy introducing his spots to everyone.

Dinah walked around the stage, reading from the script, trying to get a feel for Hermione beyond "the feisty one", although she sounded smart, asking about the legal consequences here.

But I beseech your grace that I may know
The worst that may befall me in this case,
If I refuse to wed Demetrius.

And ha, glare at Jack. And try not to grin.

Harper still had a wrap on her ankle (conveniently color-coordinated with her outfit) but it didn't seem to be slowing her down.

"People, I need to get your measurements today so I can get started on your costumes!" she announced.

Sophie was not mad about being Hippolyta. Only somewhat sulky about not being Titania, even though she was quite sure Emma would be brilliant.
