Dite's Decadent Delights, Monday afternoon
It was a sullen goddess of love that opened the shop this afternoon.
She'd spent most of last week being pummeled with various items, most of which came from her stock, and while the store was still standing and restored to its normal look, the stock had yet to be replaced. She'd sent the orders in, but the actual merchandise wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. Hopefully there wouldn't be a run on condoms until then.
The most embarrassing thing about the week was getting hit with her own potion and thinking for several moments that she was in love with Jack. That wasn't supposed to happen. It never had before, and this coming on top of the recent conversation about her powers was a blow to her ego. She'd avoided the store on Friday and Saturday, then showed up on Sunday simply to turn the sign around and hang out. But the blinds had stayed down, the lights stayed off, and she might have forgotten to unlock the door.
Today was marginally better. The sign was turned, the blinds were most of the way up, and there was a sign hanging in the unlocked door:
She hadn't even noticed the lack of exclamation points.
Decadent Delights is open. The goddess is in, but just barely.
(ooc: open!)

welcome back teachers and students
25% off everything, this week only
