It was with a renewed spirit and quite a lot more sleep than usual that Geoffrey opened the doors for rehearsal.

Priestly had carted along a veggie platter and some apples to go along with his usual sandwiches, today.

A varied diet was what being an omnivore was all about!

Apples and muffins, and it was good to be back. Dinah was carefully studying her script today, yawning a little bit from having been up late the night before.

And Gabrielle had plenty of love to give, baked goods most certainly not excluded. The muffins (yes, they had them in the Very Special Greece, shut up) you could get along the way to Athens were not on par with these, and more suitable for ranged ammunition more often than not.

Karla's mun was around today, nibbling on a sandwich and idly flipping through her script. She'd been very close to having it all memorized, but hadn't touched it during the break. Time to see how much she still remembered.

Ender arrived at the Boards fully packed for his trip with Ben. He forwent the muffins this time, unwilling to coat his stomach too much.

Hinata settled in with an apple and wondered how much she'd forgotten over the break thanks to having not cracked the script open while they'd all been off on the trip.

Sam hadn't looked at his script much during the break, too busy doing...other things with Peter. So, he was flipping through it now while nibbling at a muffin.

For the first scene of the fourth act, Jack didn't have anything to say -- his character was in enchanted sleep. He stretched out on the stage, wanting to work on maintaining tranquility even when people were acting around him.

... and he wanted the rest.

Priestly had long since decided that this play was way easier than the last one. Backside was much easier to figure out, if nothing else. Priestly totally felt like he connected with the character. After all, the comic relief boys had to stick together.

And, well, it helped that he'd already gone over one of the speeches for his audition last time around.

When my cue comes, call me, and I will
answer: my next is, 'Most fair Pyramus.' Heigh-ho!
Peter Quince! Flute, the bellows-mender! Snout,
the tinker! Starveling! God's my life, stolen
hence, and left me asleep! I have had a most rare
vision. I have had a dream, past the wit of man to

Priestly played the fool excellent well, always trying to find the honesty in it. The speech's bewildered nonsense and awe came through quite clearly.

Karla actually didn't have much to do in Act IV; she was onstage a bit and had a few lines, but it wasn't until the very end of Act V that she had much work at all. So she contented herself with watching the drama unfolding on the stage--and had to bite her cheek to keep from laughing at the play-within-the-play--until it was her turn to speak.

"Now the hungry lion roars,
And the wolf behowls the moon;
Whilst the heavy ploughman snores,
All with weary task fordone.
Now the wasted brands do glow,
Whilst the screech-owl, screeching loud,
Puts the wretch that lies in woe
In remembrance of a shroud.
Now it is the time of night
That the graves all gaping wide,
Every one lets forth his sprite,
In the church-way paths to glide:
And we fairies, that do run
By the triple Hecate's team,
From the presence of the sun,
Following darkness like a dream,

Fortunately, ill-repressed merriment was well in keeping with Pluck's attitude.

Sophie was having an amusing time of it in Act 5, and settled in to be ready to banter with G'Kar as man and wife.

Somewhat well, in fact. Oh, his eyes were still wild and he still twitched a little, but in between those things, he looked relatively put together.
