Nothing had exploded so far. So good!

Geoffrey was unharmed, the stage was unharmed (and unsyruped) so far. So good!

...Geoffrey was having a little trouble imagining exactly what he wanted to do with this play. Not so good.

It was the problem with the comedies. It might have been a problem with his life experience, or maybe just because he thought the tragedies had better material, but he'd never had a clear vision of what he wanted to do with the comedies. As it was, he was pretty much letting Harper come up with what she wanted for the costumes (within reason, of course) and the sets...

He really needed to discuss those with Tony sometime soon.

Either way, the doors were open, the muffins were set. On with the show.

Jack had his lines mostly memorized, so his flicking through the script this week was largely just to check his memory. As always, he had a muffin.

The muffin was getting more interest than the script, all things considered and admitted to, and she was okay with that as she took a seat.

Emma was waiting in the wings as she listened for her cues. For once, however, she was not eating the muffins. Her disaster in cooking class had turned her off of baked goods for the day.

Gabrielle had a muffin (well, she did at first, though how long that lasted was entirely up in the air) and snagged an extra script, and had retreated to a corner to read lines to herself in a volume just above a whisper.

Dinah mostly had her lines down at this point-- but she was getting restless, and remembering the fun she and Amber used to have, getting silly with the lines and the sword-fighting during Harry V.

So this is Dinah, attacking the curtains with a prop again. "Ha!"

Thanks to cooking class today, Priestly had some pumpkin muffins to go with his platter of sandwiches and veggies.

He was becoming a regular caterer over here, he was.

Of course G'Kar was going to have a muffin. And of course he had all his lines committed to memory. What kind of a diplomat would he have been if he couldn't remember a speech?

Sam was sitting with a muffin making sure he had his lines memorized. He would murmur to himself, and then flip through his script to make sure what he'd remembered was right. If he looked a little silly, he didn't necessarily mind.

The only real challenge to this role was how to convey being in love. Perhaps he'd use Sheridan and Delenn for inspiration.

Castiel had amassed a certain number of props over the weekend (it seemed that random bits of costuming weren't the only things hidden away in that church basement), some of which even had to do with the play.

Nothing had fallen yet, so he still wasn't sure if he'd be able to tell when it was meant to fall. But he wasn't terribly worried.
