Elena was strangely quiet as she opened the store today. Two of her classes this week had talked about pushing away your emotions as a way to find enlightenment. It was jarring oddly with what was on her mind, lately. Namely, the fact that she was nearly done with her paperwork.

She was looking idly at dresses and wondering if maybe she was going about things all wrong. Unfortunately, nothing more helpful came to mind.
