The Boards - Tuesday, 11/24 - Rehearsal
Geoffrey was going to go a little batty.
The guy from the hardware store was working on his stage, on his flies, his... what the hell was he doing over there? He was tempted to argue with the man, but he didn't want to put the significant discount for supplies in jeopardy.
Besides, he was doing this pro bono. He couldn't really complain. Even if he was pretty sure he was going to have a headache for the next week or so.
"All right, everyone, gather round!"
[ocd up!]

Re: Rehearsal - Act 5
She stayed amused and cheerful while she recited her first set of lines, a merry and mischievous faerie to her core. After all, she was coming in to set up for a party.
Her closing monologue was a bit more serious, though not somber by any stretch of the imagination. Still, the end of a party (or a play for that matter) was a sad thing, and she let a bit of that creep into her demeanor.
"If we shadows have offended,
Think but this, and all is mended,
That you have but slumber'd here
While these visions did appear.
And this weak and idle theme,
No more yielding but a dream,
Gentles, do not reprehend:
if you pardon, we will mend:
And, as I am an honest Puck,
If we have unearned luck
Now to 'scape the serpent's tongue,
We will make amends ere long;
Else the Puck a liar call;
So, good night unto you all.
Give me your hands, if we be friends,
And Robin shall restore amends.

"Hey, Dinah. Things are, uh..."
Shitty. At home, at least. Here, things seem to be pretty chill.
"We're doin' all right. What about you?"

Geoffrey
He glanced around.
"We're in the home stretch now, kids. So now's the time to bring up any problems you might be having. Now.
"It's also the time to figure out someone to bring next week for previews. Full dress rehearsal. That's next week."
[feel free to bother him for anything else as well!]
