Temporarily, Cable had put a large map of Rumekistan up beside the world map at the back of the shop. He was studying it intently now, mini-laptop close by while Jan flailed happily with her ragdolls in the background.

Sometimes, he did miss having a minion employee with a direct mental connection to the worldwide digital infrastructure, yes. Ah, Gareb.

"I see it," he informed the phone.

"Doll!"

"...no, not that, Irene."
