the park | late morning | sunday | december 6
Taking advantage of the overcast day, Hannibal, pale as the winter snow and cloaked in black, took a seat on one of the benches. His movements were smooth, graceful and elegant. Almost too elegant for a man his size. But, that was neither here nor there. His dark sunglasses covered his eyes and yet, he kept his head downcast. Hannibal had learned that looking meek, looking non-threatening was the best way to get close to people.
Being out during the day was a risk, he knewsince he didn't have a fancy ring like Damon, but there were so many people to smell, to want and, if he was lucky, to eat. For now, though, he was just going to sit and enjoy the cool, crisp air. He was going to toss some bread at passing ducks and wonder how well they'd sustain him. Ducks were just small pickings though. There were bigger, better things to partake in.
And if there had been musical accompaniment when a small, devious smile pulled at the corners of Hannibal's mouth, it would definitely sound sinister.
[park post is open! this is about the only way i'll use ANY of hannibal's canon for awhile so yes, he's a vaaaampire. i haven't planned on him turning anyone (though he'll try with just about anyone) because TRAUMA but the drama of him attempting can be played up!]

He smelled differently and it wasn't anything Hannibal wanted to try.

The ducks were a more viable use of his energy.

QuentinDaniel wasn't quite so easy to dismiss once his curiosity had been aroused.Eyes narrowed, he altered his course to bring him closer to the odd smelling man.
Dark Shadows, the only soap opera I'm remotely familiar with. Unless you count Soap.no subject

"Well that's not very polite."

And with that, Daniel was dismissed.

"What are you?"
Werewolves could be tenacious little buggers.

"Whatever." he shrugged, and headed off. But he did have his eye on him.

He could never do this again. He was a changed man. He changed for love!
"You!"

"So, it's you," he said, getting to his feet slowly. "Still using the face you've stolen from me, I see."

Those Mounties were vicious! He'd never forgive them!
"You're just a monster!"

"And you! What about your family, Hannibal. What about them?"

Hannibal took a step closer to Wade, eyes gleaming. "I could make you stronger."

He was weak--too weak to keep from feeding from that poor professional wrestler. Oh, what had he done?!
"You'll never get away with this!"

"Noooooo!"

"This isn't the last you've heard of me!" he yelled as he fled. "I will have you!"

And then he fell out of the tree, hit his head on a rock, and died.
