Dani had thought about heading back to Fremont for Christmas, but that would have meant dealing with her brother's stupid fiancee. Besides, California didn't have showers of tinsel falling from the sky.
"It looks really cool, doesn't it?" Dani asked Bold as she tried to pull tinsel out of his mane.
