Beka saw a flash of black as Pounce bolted afore Jessi could pick him up.
"Awwww, is he scared?"
I am not scared! Pounce objected from wherever he'd taken to hiding. Beka couldn't see him. Any self respecting cat would avoid her.
Beka tried not to laugh and she shook her head. "He'll be out eventually," she said as she set to work. Either that or he'd magic himself back to the dorms.
[No OCD because I say so.]
