The only reason Jaina was here was because she'd promised to switch shifts with Clark, having expected this to be over by now. At least that's what she would tell people.
The real reason was because she'd killed a gremlin more or less right outside and then she remembered she was supposed to work tonight. So it was a grumbly Jaina who came to the bar tonight, frowning when she saw Tino cleaning up between support services time and now. "Will someone kriffing tell me how the entire town goes to a bar in a crisis?" she asked, frowning harder as she stepped behind the bar, mostly to get herself water.
She wasn't expecting to be here long at all, since that was what Tino was there for, but if someone wanted to be served by a bartender covered with gremlin blood, it might keep her around for a while longer before going to sever more limbs.
