As Spock set about his tasks at work on Tuesday, he reflected on how quickly technology had changed in the past century or so on this planet, and how quickly it would continue to change. Perhaps there was a research paper of some sort in that, but now was not really the time to be thinking about that. He had work to do and it was worth devoting his full attention to.
