Somewhere on the Beach; Friday; Early Afternoon
So the dead were coming back; Cloud had listened to the radio, and seen the dead ones himself. And then heard about the dreaming. He hadn't really dreamed much...ever, so it was logical to assume his dead would stay like that. And honestly, with the amount of people that knew about him -and Zack beinlg there- he was glad Aerith didn't need to be bothered out of the Lifestream just to come around; he wasn't sefish like that.
That didn't mean he hadn't hoped to see her about a hundred times. Yet it was not going to happen, he knew. Better get over it fast.
And yet he couldn't. So his steps had taken him to the beach. It was still hard for him to realize Gaia once looked like that, and it only made him feel worse -he had a skill for those things- to know he had technically escaped from it to come to Fandom. He wasn't even sure of what he was looking for in that place, or what he would ultimately do when his time ran off. He would probably do that very same thing; run away, vanish. Fade to black, exit left stage, Cloud; he really didn't get anywhere.
Sitting on the beach, he wondered how bad would Aerith scold him for being a wuss, just to give him a kind smile right after. "I don't talk to dead people", he mutteered. "But sometimes I do miss you."
He liked the beach; maybe he should stay a little longer there.
[Open, but cut for slightly emo-Cloud doing what he does best, besides killing monsters and saving the world. He doesn't get his dead person, for I am evil.]
