After disappearing for four days, Hannibal was still feeling a little out of sorts. Physically, he was fine but missing four days because some black void had eaten him was a little much to deal with.

He'd told Tino his harrowing story of bravery and, in return, gotten bitched at about bugs that had been invading his home. Honestly, Hannibal thought he lived in the bar. He'd never thought Tino had a home. Unfortunately for Tino, Hannibal didn't wanna hear anymore about bugs.

He shoved from liquor in front of his fellow bartender and decided they'd drink away their respective woes. Tino, amazingly, agreed.

There are no bugs up with the band!

The two bartenders are a little out of sorts but they are there, ready to serve or bitch or glare.

There's some privacy back here.

For when the lounge isn't enough.

I'm at work so I might be slow or nonexistent in places. Mod Tino if you need fast service.

Angela was taking this weekend as a great excuse to spend the rest of this week keeping him in sight as much as possible and acting like a stereotypical clingy girlfriend keeping an eye on him.

That included showing up at his work. Which, yes, she did quite a lot, but today she had an extra inclination for. It kept her happy.

Not that she'd be at all helpful if a void try to suck him in again, but... Yeah, logic didn't always play a huge part in these things.

"Hey, babe," Hannibal said, wandering closer to her, drink in hand. He smiled, giving off the air that he was just fine. He was, for the most part, but the feeling of being unsettled lingered. "Want something?"

He had a feeling he knew why she was there. He just wasn't going to razz her about it.

"I don't know what, but it definitely needs to have an umbrella in it," she decided, and grinned across the bar at him. See him all nice and there. She liked that. "A purple one." So picky. About the umbrella in her unspecified drink, of all things.

"You want a purple umbrella or a purple drink?" he wondered. "Or both?"

"Well, I was thinking umbrella," she answered, and leaned forward resting her elbows on the bar. "But now I don't know. What do you have back there that's purple, and how does it taste..."

"I haven't actually come across anything purple but a dab of food coloring does wonders," he said, glancing back at all the liquors. "I might be able to find you some purple Kool-Aid and I can spike that with something good."

Down at the end of the bar, Tino seemed to think that was a good idea. It was weird to get along with Tino.

It was weird, and Angela peered at him with a bemused grin.

"Oh, I think somebody's picked up a crush," she teased. "Don't lead him on too much, now."

"Shut up or I'll get you drunk and make you sing onstage," Hannibal warned with a mock glare. "I'm charming and adorable. I could make you do it."

Faith was going to get wasted.

Yes, she had class next day, but hey, this was important.

"I have never got up on stage in here, and there is no way I'm going to," she promised him. "No matter how adorable you are, or how drunk you get me."

"That sounds like a challenge," he said, raising an eyebrow. "You wouldn't get up there even to prove me wrong? Show me up?"

"Sweetie, I will do so many other things for you. Dance on tables, if that's what you want... But I am not singing up there." For one thing, ew zombies.

"You'd dance on a table?" Hannibal asked, forgetting about the singing for the moment.

"It would not be the first time," she shared, grin turning a little mischievous. So easily distracted!

"What about dancing on the bar?" he wondered while the wheels spun in his head.

"How drunk are you going to get me, and how charming and adorable are you willing to be?" Angela would not discount something like that. It sounded kind of fun.

"As drunk as I can get you without causing physical harm and as charming as I can be," he answered confidently.

"Maybe." If she said yes, he wouldn't try as hard, and you lost half the fun of the thing. "Remember I'm very used to your charming and adorable self."

"You wouldn't just be nice to me since I won't get to see the dancing on the bar routine for very much longer?"

Maybe if he pouted. He could pout.

I tell you, those black boids are rough. HDU be at work.
