Lion-o wasn't sure why the cook decided to pick up balloons and bring them in to decorate the diner. It looked pretty cool at first, but Lion-o quickly got annoyed every time he turned around and found balloons blocking his way.

"There's no chance that they might be sentient balloons, right?" Lion-o the cook after the behavior of the balloons made him suspicious. It was Fandom, so every possibility had to be considered.

Lion-o did get a really good laugh when he the flier (http://failblog.org/2010/08/18/epic-photos-fail-periodic-table-of-element-fail/) for the place where the cook got the balloons.
