Luke's Diner, Wednesday

Lion-o had a new toy to entertain him during his shift: the smoothie maker. He was driving the cook crazy with his new ideas for smoothies.

"How about cucumbers with cantaloupe? Or watermelon and watercress? Or maybe kiwis and kumquats?" he asked the cook, who gave him a strawberry banana smoothie to get him to shut up for a while.

No one is claiming credit for the story ripped out of the newspaper (http://notalwaysright.com/acting-disorderly/6298) and tacked up on the board, but the bus boy cracks up each time he reads it.

Up a little later than planned because apparently the car dealership offers free wi-fi but blocks Livejournal. And Twitter. And they even blocked Foursquare. I have no idea what they expected me to do while I was waiting.
